These have a weird plasticy texture because of the insulation and I was worried about how they would look once I hung them up, but they look beautiful. They have a great linen look and are sheer enough to provide a lot of light coming into the room, yet still provide a level of privacy from the outside.

I could not believe how hard it was to find WHITE thermal curtains for my family room. Yes, they are "plastic feeling" but I'm not touching them after they're hung. It's too early to see if they truly keep out the cold. I hope they hold up to that promise.
Not very elegant

Has a shower curtain feel. Hard to get the wrinkles out. I am putting these behind more attractive sheers, so it will work out okay for me. But if using these alone, kinda cheesy. Can't comment on the UV ability yet since I just hung these, we'll see in the future if it helps to prevent fading.

They appear slightly like linen but they feel plastic. If I hadn't thrown the bags out, I would have returned them. They are supposed to be insulated but I really can't telll that based on the window they are covering.
More of a rubber feel than expected
Nancy from Washington – Verified Buyer
I was expecting these panels to feel more like fabric, it looks like fabric though. I was expecting fabric on the front with the rubber on the back but the entire thing feels like rubber. I was also expecting them to look a bit more lacy but they're fine. I like them.
A good choice

The ordering process was easy; delivery was quick, however, it wasn't quite the material I was anticipating. While the drapes don't slide effortlessly along the rod, I'll be keeping them because they to keep out the light and provide the privacy that I was looking for.

We put these in our bedroom. Makes the room look cozier. We weren't going for anything heavy or even light blocking so this is perfect. We'll see if it makes any difference in keeping cold out/heat in this winter.
Classy look, Color true to the image a nice deep gold/brown.

Drapes are poorly made as far as the sewing of the hems and tabs. This doesn't effect the look I wanted. I am using them as side hanging in front of a sheer.
Easy to care for.

Upon receipt of these, I ran them through the washer and hung them. All wrinkles were removed and they do keep the room warmer.

Funny feeling material, flimsy time will tell this winter if they work. I was hoping you could see the outside thru them but can not at all; feel claustrophobic
