My two year old son did not want to take this off. We went to a halloween event on the air force base and he was the only one wearing an astronaut suit. My one year old was wearing the flightsuit my son wore last year, but there were about fifteen kids dressed in flightsuits this year. The quality of the material is top notch and the fit is nice. He did not wear the hat, but he doesn't care for them. I especially like the thick leatherish collar...he seemed very comfortable in it. There was another brand available, but the reviews said it was cheaply made. I'm glad I spent the few extra dollars for this one, as I have another boy on the way. I let Will pick out his costume this year, and he wanted to be a "car driver" so this is what we found. I think it's a given that all costumes will be made of cheap polyester; I just wish I didn't have to completely dress him under the costume!
