The Ergo Office Pro X - Wall Manager's Standard Desk Office Suite - X16332 Set

Great office set. Took a few hours to assemble, however the directions were straight forward so no problems. The set is well balanced and makes our office look so much nicer.

I truly love my new office. The dark open grain espreoos is beautiful. The pieces arrived in about a week and went together pretty easy.

The product itself is of good quality. It looked nice once it was set up in the room. Getting to that place, however, was a hassle. I will try to keep this short. I ordered 2 desks, a hutch, 2 mobile pedestals and bookshelf with mirrors and solid doors at the bottom. [...] The holes didn't align, [...] and once everything was together, the area between the two mirrors was enormous! [...]the product wasn't even manufactured properly! [...]

The product itself is of good quality. It looked nice once it was set up in the room. Getting to that place, however, was a hassle. I will try to keep this short. I ordered 2 desks, a hutch, 2 mobile pedestals and bookshelf with mirrors and solid doors at the bottom. I paid for the highest service possible to have the furniture fully assembled and garbage removed. T he problem: all the pieces came in at different times, I had to take time off work to accommodate this. Several movers came to drop off and fix the items, but were unable to because the pieces weren't manufactured properly. The holes didn't align, the pedestal and hutch pieces were damaged, and once everything was together, the area between the two mirrors was enormous! The movers refuse to create holes or fix the items if the manufacturer didn't do it already (for legal and safety reasons). I had to screw the bottom doors in myself! Why I paid the money for the service was unclear…the product wasn't even manufactured properly! The customer service representative at CSN was very cooperative, but what does that do when it causes so much frustration and (no exaggeration) 5 months to get everything set up. I believe the shipping companies that CSN uses don't try their best to keep the product safe. Therefore when it ends up in places like Toronto, half of it has to be sent back because its all mashed up.

Color on the picture is dark brown- almost black, we wanted dark cherry but there are so many shadows of cherry, and it was hard to determine cherry offering. It was so tough to decide what color to choose! Picture had only black-brown office suite and only shelves of cherry finishing. It was difficult to imagine what to expect. When we received the whole office suite in cherry the color was not perfect for our room but it is too much hassle to return and replace so we kept it.If the company has pics of all possible finishing it would be easier to decide and less disapointments.Then height of the product was not as high as it looks. We would love to buy one or two more shelf with glass doors on top of book case but there are no offering of matching additional pieces.I ordered extra glass doors to cover empty shelves but they didn't match by size, so we need to return them. [...]We would be happy to have longer glass doors for all 4 shelves.We would suggest to have a few additional matching pieces such as additional shelves, longer glass doors so customers can customize for their needs.The table is much wider than on the picture, so if the room is small it may be a problem. However, it is very comfortable.Generally, quality of the product is good,[...]. Before going to online Wayfair we visited many local Vancouver stores, went to [...] in US and didn't like design or quality. The set we received from Wayfair looks presentable.With some improvements mentioned above I would buy additional pieces for that set and would go for other products again.[...]
