They work, but they're a pain to put on/off

I got these because I had a kink in my neck that I thought inversion might help. I've hung upside down now for about 5 times and I'm not too sure it's helping my neck much. But it still feels good to hang and stretch, so I'll keep these and keep "hangin out". Plus they're great for hanging situps/crunches. By the way, they're kind of a PITA to put on. You have to completely unlatch them to open them up and remove them... Not just release the clamps, but you also have to fully depress & release the ratcheting adjustment points where the strap first goes in. It would be nice if you could just release the main tension clamp and have them unhook while retaining the "fit/size" adjustment beneath the ratchet clips.

I just love these gavity boots. I use them frequently to ease back pain. They are also useful to just stretch or a great exercise for a great abdominal workout.
Excellent Gravity Boots

This product does exactly what I needed it to do. They fit great, are easy to put on, and support your bodyweight comfortably in an upside downinverted position while hanging from a pull-up bar. I would buy this again if needed.

hard to use for people with no abdominal strength, but still can be used with some assistance. The quality was great and I was surprised that it held me up.

Good production for health. But it is sort of expansive. Assembly is a little difficult.

i use the gravity boots every night, off from some old cast iron pipes that we have in out house, it works great i feel it in my abs for days, but due to it not being a "no-pain no-gain" product it is hard to tell how much you are working yourself so sometimes it feels like i got punched in the solorplexis during the next couple days if i am not careful

I use the product for inverted sit-ups from a barbell (main bar) suspended on a half-rack. Works great and adds another dimension to my core training. I like the oblique possibilities. I have no clue what "4 color box" means... these are blue and black. Done.
