First of all, this is a beach cruiser, not a road bike. That was one of the first things I had to get in my head. It's ideal for short trips over smooth surfaces. In that regard, it's great. The old fashioned appearance is a plus. It performs really well for what it's designed for. It's a comfortable ride, too. A word of advice---take your time assembling this bike. Omg, best bikes for my kids .two of my children 6 & 8 each got one for Christmas .it is easy for them to ride on concrete and dirt road. They like to make them slide in a curve it handles pretty good. I love it no bike chains...Very sturdy with coolness... 40 degree temps didn't stop them from riding it from early morning to dark..it gets them off the couch..the only thing that is keeping them off is it's raining..I have 3more children 10- 15 and they to each want their own .I'll get the older ones 20"bikes tho...the down side is it's low to the ground not a common bike in this area even tho there is a safety flag still drivers who are not paying attention won't see them so not something they can just ride to the neighborhood store without sidewalks which we don't have"..."  Read more

Been riding 55 years. Searched reviews and deciced to go with Polaris RMK. It was a great price,[...] and easy assembly. After a few quick adjustments it was off for my first ride. Bike is set up for riders under 6' tall. You will need to get an ext. if you are taller. No problem for about $20.00. Bike rides and shifts well. Front disc makes stopping nice when things get wet.Buy a lock, and use it, as others will want your bike when you are not watching."..."  Read more

I bought this bike for my sister 2 weeks after I bought the exact same one but in pink for me. I called over the phone to make sure they were in stock and the rep I had was AMAZING!
