Techni Mobili Mahogany Computer Desk with Side Storage and CPU Cabinets - RTA-8211

This desk is sturdy and has lost of elbow room for a teenager to spread out to work. The desk did take a few hours to put together. The measurments are exact and fits in a small room perfectly, just what I was looking for.

Easy to assemble, by myself, but did take several hours. Wish the keyboard tray was a little wider and that the slide out area would fit a printer.

This is a very well designed and well manufactured desk. It was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. The shelves and compartments are perfect for all of my needs.

I have been using this desk for about a week now and love it! I ordered the espresso color (which is black) and it looks exactly how I pictured. I did have to put it together but all the pieces are clearly marked and the assembly directions are clear. This is a great buy for the money!

The desk arrived (in two boxes) the day after I purchased it. Very impressive!! I was a little wary of other reviewers' comments regarding the assembly length, but couldn't find anything else that fit the dimension requirements for my office space. My wife (who is very efficient with assembly) put the desk together in 1.5 hours on her own. She was surprised by the huge number of parts (and hardware!) and kept all hardware in separate piles around the room so she could keep track. She said that she normally complies all of the hardware together, but for this project it made most sense to keep everything in piles. The desk is functional (nice drawer space), the color is just as it appears online, and I predict it will meet my needs quite adequately. I give it only four stars just because of the huge number of pieces and hardware. And the challenge is on for anyone to beat the 1.5 hours solo person assembly! :)

Desk is well made - heavy wood. Pretty easy to assemble. Used a longer screwdriver than the one provided, except for in between the upper desktop and lower units. Very happy with product.

Nice desk! Not too difficult to assemble. Looks good when done. Good value.

I received this as a gift and tried to put it together myself. Im no engineer so I put the drawers together and waited for the man to get home so he could help me with the drawer rails. Together it took us about 3.5 hours to assemble the whole thing. There was one of the anchors that was defective, it seemed to be stripped somehow, but there was a handy little bag of extras so we switched it out and it worked just fine! It even included a mini screw driver that was very helpful on a few of the parts that you have limited space to maneuver. Its a beautiful desk, nice size, and I really like the shelf for the computer tower. Other desks Ive had seemed to misuse space by having that area too large.
