Disappointed customer from LA	1.0 11/4/2011 Expensive junk Customer service is great. They quickly replace parts that break. That's the problem though. It just breaks. Following the assembly directions, you just put the pieces together. However, wood glue or something is needed in the screw holes. They are easily stripped and the chair just falls apart.
