Well made and the colors and carvings are beautiful. I love that it fits quite a bit of toys in this toy chest. The feature of the lid not closing on my granddaughters fingers was extremely important to me. The only draw back is the lid doesn't stay down, as soon as you close it, the lid slowly opens up again.
