This playmat looks good and the colors are nice BUT it smells toxic. I put it in my son's room and immediately noticed the horrible smell. The smell filled the entire room. I put the mat in the garage to air out, hoping that the smell would dissipate; however, it still smells and it has been 2 weeks. The packaging says that there is no odor, but that is not true.

I got this mat to create a play area for my little guy on our hardwood floor. It is really cute and easy to clean, and the pieces are pretty sturdy. But it is easy for my six-month old to pull the whole thing apart. This activity does keep him busy which is great, but then I seem to spend lots of time putting it back together! Overall a good purchase but I may need to get a rug soon.
