Although I measured when ordering I was surprised to see how large this was once it was assembled. What an awesome piece of furniture for the money! It's quite sturdy and seems well made, certainly well enough for holding large flat screen TV's. My son actually uses it for a large flat screen computer monitor which he uses while sitting on the edge of his bed. The screen is at the perfect height for use with his Wacom Tablet, so his neck is happy. We also got the matching desk which butts up against the TV stand and makes an L-shaped work station for him. The desk is higher than the stand which is perfect for him. He stores his computer tower, etc...under the desk. The TV stand has some nice cubbyholes and drawers for his other electronic needs. It has been very useful. We have had it for over a month now. The only cons I can think of are the difficult assembly. It wasn't complicated just time consuming and heavy. It took 2 people. The other thing is the fact that the back is not finished. In our case the back is the first thing you see when you walk into the room. It would have been nice to have that be black to match. There are also holes in the back which are obviously necessary. I think I would have positioned them a little lower. That's about it for negatives. Overall I am very pleased to find something this big and sturdy, in the correct color and with matching furniture, for the price it was offered."..."  Read more

We love this TV Stand! We've had it for about 2 months now and shopped around for even longer trying to find a nice stand for our 47" flat screen. Everything we looked at was nice but SO overpriced! Then we found this gem one day online! Couldn't be happier and our TV looks great on it.[...] We needed the TV off the floor. Bought this for a 50-inch TV, was a bit disappointed to see that TV sides were longer than that of the top shelf it stands on, so dont get this if you have strict aesthetic rules. Other than that, the stand is quite beautiful, and has a very modern look to it. Love the frosted glass doors. Stand is perfect for small apartment living, and has lots of compartments for storage. The holes in the back definitely need to be bigger. Con - dust settles quickly on this thing, and is quite visible. By the way, several reviews here have mentioned that some part of the TV stand arrived scratched. I called customer service and mentioned this, and they said they would contact the furniture company itself and request extra packaging on my order. From what I saw when it was delivered, I believe that request was fulfilled."..."  Read more

Bought this TV stand for our daughter's new apartment. We were searching for one that could hold an old style 32 " TV and this stand delivered. Very sturdy construction with a middle support. Easy to assemble, beautiful dark brown finish, great storage, modern design - all for [$]. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because there were 2 places where the fiberboard was damaged - nothing a little touch up stain wouldn't fix.
