I like the stand. I was looking a stand in this color because I needed a 42" plasma TV stand for my bedroom with the same color: natural. It matched almost 100% with my bedroom furniture. Also I needed one that allows to install DVRS on the lower shelves as well as storage for my DVDs and CDs. Also, wheels allow easy moving without having to remove the heavy TV. Once assembled,it is a nice piece of furniture. There are no written assembly instructions, only pictures,but the parts are well labeled. The unit I received was short two pieces of hardware, the # 15 bolts, but I was able to use two 1/4x20x1 1/2 round head machine screws in their place.
