We bought this as a compromise between my wife and I. We got it within a week or two using the free shipping option. It was *very* easy to assemble; my wife helped a little and we completed it within an hour.
It really seems like a high quality piece of furniture for the price. The picture doesn't quite do it justice. Fully assembled it looks more like a $1000 piece than a ~$500 piece. The drawers all work smoothly and it holds a LOT more movies/game discs than I thought it would. There is no exposed hardware. It really looks like something you would see at Crate&Barrel fully assembled.
The only thing I would warn about is that it is pretty large. I have a 52" LCD on it and it could easily handle a 60" or bigger. If you have a more mid size (46" or less) TV, then you will have some nice counter top space for art, speakers or whatever."..." Read more
