I looked at ALL the Tv stands that TVstands.com had to sell. I was looking for the perfect sized TV stand to fit a specific area. And this stand was it! It was the olny stand that would work. I waited a very long time for it to come in because it was out of stock. But the people at Wayfair were very nice and very helpful. And kept me abreast of the time frame for delivery. When the stand came and I unpacked it there was the hardware parts (metal) against the finished wood parts and they left impressions in the top of the stand. Annoying, yes, but not an insurmountable problem, nothing a little stain could not fix. The stand could have been constructed out of better/heavier materials but I can't expect too much because for the price I paid it was affordable and it was exactly what I was looking for. This Tv Stand has to be handled with extra care during assembly. The plastic parts for the cd inserts are very fragile.The coloring on the wood is also delicate and can scratch easily. There are no order forms for extra parts should you break anything. HOWEVER, I LOVE THIS STAND!I actually enjoyed assembling this peice.It is suitable for smaller tvs and goes perfectly with my furniture. The color, overall appearance, and ability to store cds in the side slots make this a fantastic purchase!"..."  Read more

We're really please with this TV stand. The dark walnut color was as I expected it to be. And it says distressed, but doesn't really play on that heavily, still a nice finish to the piece. Helps to be handy w/ the assembly, but not overwhelming - 2 people will work well for the not so handy folks out there. Remember to measure the depth of the equipment you plan on storing on it - our DVD is older and just makes it at the end. Otherwise great piece for the price."..."  Read more
