Great product! Was considering a TV stand / media console more than 2x the price and have no regrets going with this one. Don't be confused by "Folding TV Stand" description. No parts in the assembled product fold. What the folding refers to is the front and back of the TV stand being connected by the two inner walls, which have hinges and folds during assembly. This means that right out-of-the-box, the front, back, and inner walls are all connected and can stand upright on the floor, ready for the other panels to be added. This makes assembly very easy for one person. No tools needed. Finished product comes very close to making it look like it was built from one block of wood. Back of stand is also sufficiently attractive that it can be exposed. Supports a 42" LCD TV with ease. Shelves and walls are very sturdy. Only slight drawback is that bottom of drawers is a 1/8" thick sheet of compressed wood fiber. This is fine for holding CD's, DVD's, video game controllers, electronics, etc. Heavier objects, like books, may be more difficult. Overall this a great TV Stand. This TV stand is great, it was so easy to put together and is so light weight even with the TV sitting on it which is great for me because I move my furniture around a lot. It's very sturdy and I didn't think it would move around so easily because it doesn't have feet on the bottom like most TV stands but it just glides across the carpet, I think that makes this stand so mobile and fuss free. This would be a great buy for anyone looking for a no fuss money saving option, I'm glad I purchased this TV stand and wish I had another big TV so I could order another one."..."  Read more

We were able to put this tv stand together fairly easily. The wood seems to be decent quality, but everything else is extremely cheap. We had a plastic end cap break off into one of the metal tubes with great ease and had to order a replacement part for that. And you can't tell from the picture, but the doors on this tv stand are pure plastic. We were surprised at that, but for the cost it didn't shock us.
