Cafe /Bistro style dining right in your own home....

I gotta say I really love the look and feel of this corner Cafe /Bistro style dining set.The color I chose was Black because it really stands out. It arrived promptly, much faster than I anticipated, in 4 boxes. After laying out "ALL" of the pieces on the floor to match the instruction paper, complete set up took about 4-6 hours. It wasn't so bad.
Perfect for our kitchen!

It took quite a few hours to put together, but in the end it was worth it. The color, black, fits our kitchen decor and the bench and table are pretty sturdy. The set fits perfectly in the corner of our kitchen. Had to give it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the extended amount of time it took to put together.

Excellent table, would probably be better if I hadn't put together ;), have a few screws coming loose, but I think that is due to me not being a craftswomen! Lots of space, comfortably fits our family of five, with room to seat more! I love the hidden storage space, and the convience of not having a bunch of chairs (my kids broke my old dining set by dragging chairs around to climb on!) Easy to clean, looks nice. Only pain is when I have to sweep or mop around, it's not heavy, but it is a lot harder to move than a traditional table.
Just OK, Didn't know wood was fake

This nook is pretty and mostly solidly built. Took my all day to put it together, mainly because I had to do it by myself, so I was hard. But when I finished I was pretty happy with it. There was quite a few scratches on it, but it is so dark they are hard to see unless your right over it. Some of the screws were too short, especially for the bench. I had to Gorilla glue it to the legs. The table legs are quite wobbly after I put it together, I think the screws are too short. I will have to Gorilla glue them too. If you have oil or grease on your hands and touch an part of this nook, it leaves a stain that is hard to get off. When you wipe it off, it leave streaks from the sponge or rag and looks bad up close. Need to find a better way to clean it. For the money, it needs to be better quality. If I would have known that it was fake wood, I would not have bought it, but it looks good enough to go ahead and keep. My cat loves it, gets hair all over it so I have to wipe it off all the time and look at all the streaks...
Just the right size!

I have always wanted a nook dining set. This one fits in the small space we allotted for it. We added a family room on to our house and had a small area for a dining set. This works great. I bought separate cushions in colors to match room and it looks great. One warning: make sure you decide which way you want corner before assembling. It's too late if you change your mind. And we "gorilla" glued everything so changing it is impossible. Good dining set for the price.

We received this nook in the expected time as listed on the website and are generally happy with it. It's a cute addition to the kitchen, just be warned that, as expected since it's made of wood, it can be a little uncomfortable to sit on for an extended period of time. But overall a good purchase.
Great for small space!

We purchased the Nook dining set for a small dining alcove. It did take some time to put together but following instructions, it wasn't difficult.
Nook dining set

I really love the corner seat in this set. The whole set feels sturdy and looks good. I am not in love with the table and bench, I might use them elsewhere in the house and get a round table instead. It would be helpful to have a second person to help hold things steady while assembling. I did it alone and ended up chipping a board that fell. Also read through the instructions and check parts before you start.
Great space saver!

This piece fits perfectly in our kitchen nook! And seats 6! The booth isn't all that comfortable, but with some coushions it might be. Also, the surface is very easily scratched, our set with the dark finish had fine scratches all over it after one dinner, but it doesn't look that bad. The booth seats lift up for some extra storage, perfect for cookbooks or that kitchen table clutter. Do not try to build the booth alone, it definitely requires two people, but the table and bench can be built by one person. Great product for the money!
Overall Nice Nook, but hard to put together alone...
Donne from Dayton, OH
I like it a lot, but it had quite a few scratches and paint chipped away in some places. But you have to stand right over it to see them. I think I can fix it with a paint pen or something. Feels solidly built although I only have the corner part done. I still have to put the table and bench together. I am putting it together by myself, which is very hard to do....that part alone took me about 4 hours! Over all it is very nice and beautiful. They should make it to where one person can put it together alone though...
