Nice top but not high end finish on white paint.

Nice stainless steel top though it came dented but got replaced. Assembly preferably with two people. Drawers are light weight; we tried to set all our 2 sets or so of tableware utensils in drawer but when we pulled out the drawer with the utensils in, they were too heavy for the drawer so the front of the drawer fell and the bottom of drawer curved a little with the weight, so we cannot use it for that purpose, maybe with less utensils. We wanted to have all dinning ware in same cabinet, so we had to change our vision. Make sure you set the shelves right as they easily slide and can brake items. Some items we had were on top shelf which slid and the items fell on punch bowl breaking it when we carefully tried to move the cabinet on its rollers. Further, the finish of the paint on the cabinet is not 100% nice, not shiny, and low quality paint, so it needed another hand. So, may be too high price for the quality but i would buy it again if i was in low budget only as it could help with storage problems but treat it with care.
Island with Stainless Steel Top

I ordered this kitchen island for my Son's kitchen due to lack of space. My other son, who I enlisted to put this together became discouraged after reading the reviews with complaints of parts missing, doors not fitting right, needing at least two people to put it together, and the directions not being clear. I told him I had to go out but would help him upon my return. When I returned an hour an a half later it was completely put together! He said it took him a little over an hour using only a screw driver. When I ask him what he thought he stated that 2 out of 5 of the handles had one end that was completely stripped so it would not hold a screw (meaning we will have to buy new handles), and the dowels or pins (which are plastic) that you push in the top drawers to go along the track are not long enough so you have to pull the drawer out slowly or you will have it off the track and have to keep fixing it. Also the little pegs used for the shelves below were very short so he said he wouldn't sit anything heavy on them. I bought this on sale at $211.00 it sells for $400 and something. The son who assembled it said it was not worth that amount. The son that received it said although he liked it, he felt it wasn't worth price. Made in China
Works for me

I have experience assembling furniture, and it took me about 90 minutes to put this cart together. I would recommend getting all of the parts and pieces identified and organized before you start assembly. The packages and pieces are conveniently labeled with the corresponding letters in the instructions so they can be matched up. I received all right door hinges. After I contacted Wayfair, they quickly shipped me the left door hinges. For the money and free shipping, this is not a bad deal.
Awesome but needs better hardware.

It rolls easily; holds a ton of stuff and cleans up well. We use it in a very small kitchen from the 40's that only has two overhead and two lower and one under-the-sink cabinets and one small under counter shelf about 30" long and 10" wide to the side of the sink for food storage and lastly, one drawer we use for "silver"ware. This cart is worth its weight in gold in this space-starved kitchen! It holds all of our pantry items in the bottom three drawers and shelves, with the addition of a very small 8-shelf unit we installed in our kitchen for canned goods. We keep all of our kitchen utensils in one drawer and baggies, aluminum foil, etc. in the other. However, we plan to contact the manufacturer, because the screws/metal hardware that attach the stainless steel top to the cart actually broke in two during installation so the top now bows until the hardware is replaced. The doors also are not lined up - the pre-cut holes for screws and hinges are not aligned properly, taking away from the overall appearance of the cart. The little clips that hold the shelves in the bottom are very cheap little plastic pieces and after holding a few bags of flour and sugar for a week or so, one of them broke in two and the shelf fell. Lastly, the paper towel/towel holder is too small for a roll of paper towels and if used as a towel rack - since it rolls, the towels easily roll to the floor if not careful! In the picture it also looked like there was space for spices between the knife rack and cart - there is not.
Lots of storage, looks great.

Not difficult to assemble if you are organized and can have space to work. This was for my son and his wife, they needed more storage space. Have built many this with lots of parts first we organized all of the panels. Most had numbers on them, and the couple missing the numbers were easy to figure out. Then the hardware, this was a task. We used muffin baking pans to organize then parts. The letters were barely legible on the bags and there were multiple parts in each bag so it took quite a while to do this but is a key to success as some of the parts were similar. There are no spare screws so don't drop any! Assembly took about 1 1/2 hours once the parts were laid out. You need to read the text and look at the pictures as not everything is spelled out perfectly. I do miss the days when the text was what to follow and the photos were for reference, quite the opposite with instructions now. One hinge screw broke before to was fully installed. If that becomes a problem, I will make a new hole in the hinge and add a screw since the half screw is still in the pilot hole. Overall a very good buy and half the cost of some other online sites. I absolutely recommend this cart and Wayfair. Pros: Value, storage space, appearance, mobility Cons: Instructions, some hardware quality issues.

This piece of furniture is good quality, ours is in white. It was involved to put it together but now it is, it has given more storage and bench space to our older kitchen. So I am very pleased that we got it, I would recommend it to anyone who like me couldn't afford a whole new kitchen but needed more bench area. I am sure we can continue to use this handy cart when and if we do get new cupboards for our kitchen. Thanks!
It looks good

That's the most positive thing I have to say. The stickers on the parts bags had come off their intended bags, so it was a nightmare trying to sort out what screws, etc. went where. Then the assembly. About 1/3 of the pilot holes were not drilled true & many pieces didn't line up correctly. After 4 hrs I finally got the thing put together. I went to wheel it into the kitchent & one corner of the top popped off because one of the cam locks broke. I'd just put together a piece of Ikea furniture an hour earlier, that really underscored how poorly this cart is made. Pieces don't line up quite right, pieces broke, the drawers are hard to open & the shelf seats seem precarious. I would hesitate to put much weight or anything valuable on the shelves. It does look nice, but this is just not well made at all.

This product arrived with fast shipping from Wayfair and the boxes did not appear damaged during shipping. However, the majority of the pieces of the unit were scratched or had dings, dents or warping in the finish. Most of the scratches were on exterior facing surfaces. The color is not espresso by any stretch of the imagination and has a very distinct red hue to it, more of a cherry or wine color. Received duplicates of some hardware and did not receive other pieces, such as the hinges for the left door. Many holes were not drilled property and did not line up, particularly for dowels. Contacted Wayfair about these problems and received prompt and fair customer service. Issues with the product are from the manufacturer, not from Wayfair.
Very nice and functional Island

Bought this for an office that doesn't have a kitchen. We're able to get a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker on it. Love the stainless steel top - very clean and professional looking. Easy to clean. The storage space is good, but the drawers are a bit shallow and do not extend all the way. Hardware looks great on the dark wood and goes really well with the stainless top. Love that it's on wheels so we can move it if necessary. The only real negative was the hardware that the shelves rest on - they're completely cylindrical (not flat), so the shelves slip off them very easily and fall down. Will probably look for a flat one at my local hardware store so the shelves don't fall. Other than that this is a very nice looking piece and will work well for our needs.
Good but not great

I now can say why this was on sale! Looks good but quality isn't there except the stainless steel top. Lots of assembling took my husband and I 2hrs to finish. We first assemble drawers and the base of these drawers are a thin ply board, which is also used for the backing of this cart. So you can't put anything heavy in drawers or else they will bow over time. But otherwise the rest of the cabinets were ok and the handle on the doors are lightweight cheap material, I have to be careful when opening..these are results when materials are all made in China. Hope y'all get an idea more of this product and always check where it's made!
