Not Bad for the Price

I usually avoid the quality furniture but this was exactly right for my space and storage requirements. HOWEVER

the cart is very well made. It was damaged in transit. One of the corners of the stainless steel top was smashed in and one of the corners of the doors had the paint shipped. The delivery driver delivered it to the wrong address and had to go back and pick it up the next day so I'm not certain if the damage occurred in transit or during the error in delivery. If it wasn't damaged, it would be perfect! It is very well made and sturdy and exactly what I had in mind. The only improvement that could be made is if the rear wall of the cart was made of the same wood as the sides of the cart instead of the pressboard. Despite the pressboard, this cart is solid. Very sturdy, great design, it looks lovely aside from the damage.

I purchased this cart on January 6th and it arrived within 2 days as promised. Upon putting it together, I noticed I was missing a whole bag of parts. I called the company and a guy tells me that they will take one out of another box, maybe this is what happened to my parts, So 2 weeks later 012113, my parts or so I thought finally arrive... only to open my package to find one drawer pull and 1 screw. REALLY!!! I called the company again and specifically went down the list again of what I need and quantity. I asked that my order be rushed out. I got 3-6 business days. Also I was advised that they have a parts department and they do not take things from other boxes, good to know. Also the front of my cabinets are scratched but I decided to cover it up with a furniture paint pen. So, I am hoping to receive all my parts before a whole month passes since placing my order. Ridiculous. I will post another comment once I get it up and together to tell you if all this hassle was worth it.
TMS Cart,,,serves the purpose.

Well, I read many a review on this product, I was hesitant to buy it, however, the price point was the only convincing
Nice looking, mediocre quality

Definitely an adventure to put together and definitely requires 2 people. All in all it looks nice from the front, however the back is not designed in a way that it seems is meant to be exposed--which in my mind doesn't make sense for a kitchen island, which should in theory be able to be in the middle (ie visible from all sides!). Other than that, the drawers do not have glides but rather just slide in and out on wooden channels which is not great, and the magnets to hold the front doors shut are so weak that the doors pop open if you so much as touch the cart. Because of the unfinished backside, I am keeping this against a wall instead of in the center of my kitchen where I would prefer it, but I guess for the money its OK. It looks nice at any rate.
my pros and cons

I'm happy I bought this cart. It is good quality for the price and looks great. The extra storage is wonderful to have and I'm using the top of it for my microwave and coffeemaker. It was not fun putting it together though. Most of the parts were unlabeled and the instructions could have been clearer. The back panel is flimsy and the magnets for the drawers should be stronger. Make sure to slide them as far forward as they will go. But now it's together I'm definitely pleased.

Great size cart and thought the price was fair. A little disappointed with the color, looks to have a red-ish tint rather than a true brown (Espresso). Also, the backing looks to be cheap and the nails are visible up and down the backing of the cart. Because of this, the cabinet doors and drawers need to face out in our kitchen, which does not make this piece the most handy or accessible when trying to cook. Generally pleased, but not overly satisfied.
Excellent value and quality for the price!

I purchased this for my art studio and couldn't find anything of this quality for the price. The cart is very high quality. The cabinet went together fairly easy. I'm very pleased with the purchase and it has all the features I need for use in my studio. Only negative was a couple of scratches on the finish on outside of the cabinet doors.
Not quite what we were hoping for

Assembly was more complex than we were hoping and the thing just isn't quite as nice as you're hoping it's going to be. It's still great for extra real estate in the kitchen during parties, but wasn't nice enough for us to leave in the center of the kitchen full time. We tend to park it over by the window.

I love this item!! It took me about 2 hours to put it together. The directions said that two people would be needed to assemble it but I didn't need another person to help. All of the holes lined up perfectly except for putting on the back panel. There are two pieces (it would work better if there was one piece) and none of the holes were predrilled. I fixed that by predrilling so that wasn't a big deal. You have to make sure one of the panels are exactly in each corner before you attach it with the screws or you won't be able to attach the second panel so it fits properly. Each piece is numbered and the directions are very easy to follow. There are ALOT of screws so I separated them by letter (thats how they are listed on the directions) and that made it much easier when it came to choosing the correct screws.
