This unit is a nice change from the tall over-the-toilet shelf units. It helps to play down the coldness and ugly appearance of the toilet. And it has a nice amount of storage -- in a space that is otherwise wasted. It is not a heavy duty cabinet but it fulfills its purpose well. It was a little awkward to put together but I was able to do it by myself. One problem, though, the description of the item does not indicate the height from the floor to the underside of the top storage section. When I put the unit in place, I discovered that it was just 1-2 inches too short to fit over my overly tall toilet tank. So shims under both sides of the unit have resolved the problem until I decide on my permanent solution.

I looked a long time to find a product like this. I have very little space on each side, and my primary need was surface space. This item is tricky to put together, but ultimately do-able even if you are not very handy (like me.) It is easier to put together with two people. One warning: I had exactly 7' on each side, which I thought would be enough, but it makes it very difficult to open the doors. This is not a big problem for me (as the doors do open, under protest!) but please note that 8" on each side would be better. The item itself looks terrific. It does not look cheap.

It is great but make sure you don't have a handicap toilet it won't fit over it unless you can add height with more wood

This was so hard to put together. It took me 2 hrs! But it did come with good detailed instructions so that is a plus. And with my husbands help it went smoothly. I like this cabinet, I was looking for something to put the toilet paper and shampoo bottles etc in. This works great for me. It is cute and very convenient.

The perfect piece I needed to fill the space since the toilet was installed 3 from the wall. (Stupid Plumber). Just had to tack it to the wall to keep it steady and the toilet paper slots are really too hard to reach. Nice extra storage for those little items that get lost under the sink.

I have been looking and looking for something that would help store away and hide the necessary clutter in my bathroom. This was it! It's perfect! It's the perfect size and it's very unique. I love all the features. I've only had one little problem with the door on the left not catching. You just have to make sure that magnetic latch lines up. It's been wonderful!
would work very well in different place.

I like the cabinet a lot but the spot I had was the same width listed. It slid right in but could not open the doors so had to take them off. Still serves the purpose but does not look as good. You need some extra space on each side to open the doors.

The TNS Over the Toilet storage unit was my first Wayfair purchase and I couldn't be more pleased. Somehow I overlooked the fact that I would have to put it together myself but other than that - Great value, great function and great look in my bathroom. I'm one happy customer!
Nice piece but...

The instructions leave a lot to be desired. It took me over three hours to put this piece together. Mostly due to the fact that the instructions show only vague pictures.
