Featuring a steam vent that can be opened and closed to release or contain steam, this glass lid is made of durable heat-tempered glass with a stainless steel rim. It is created to cover the Swiss Diamond 8" x 8" (20cm) Square Saute Pan, both induction and standard models. This universal lid will also fit any square pan of the same size, although a perfect fit cannot be guaranteed except with Swiss Diamond products. It can be used in the oven up to 500°F (260°C). As with any glass item, please avoid exposing it to thermal shock, including putting a hot lid under cold water.
