Not nearly as easy to assemble as some revievews have stated! My father and I have been working on this for 3 days now, and are a couple days away from completing it. To start with, the instructions are not great. Adding to the problems are the fact that things are not pre-drilled, the hardware bags are numerous, yet not labeled, which makes it difficult at times to make sure that you are using the right screws. You need to pre-drill just about every piece, because the wood splits very easily if you don't. My father and I are both rather handy people, so unless you work in construction on a daily basis, I wouldn't recommend assembling this swing yourself. |

Excellent Set for the money We purchased the set for our 2 children (5 and 7) and it was a hit. The two slides really gives a lots extra value instead of having just one where the children have to wait! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a larger set... |

Looks great, better than expected I built this 100% by myself - I'm a VERY handy, strong person and it still took 37 hours over 4 days without breaks. The instructions were good and overall I'm really pleased with it but expect to have to pre-drill most of your planks and for it to take A LOT longer than they say. Hopefully it will stand up through a few maritime winters. |

Wonderful quality not accurate assembly First the good, this swing set is wonderful high quality. My kids LOVE it! It is really nice looking (looks better than some other brands in my opinion). Durable equipment too! The slides are really thick (not flimsy like other brands) and the swings are great! The negative, the assembly says 3-7 hours. We hired two professional carpenters to assemble our set. They have 15 years experience each! It took them 2 1/2 days!!!!! Granted 5 hours was to level the ground....I would estimate the assembly time alone was closer to 12-15 hours! NOT something I could have EVER done on my own. If I attempted to it would have taken me a month! ALSO BE SURE TO READ that 9 4x4 boards are NOT included. While it was in bold on the site I still missed that. Just an FYI |
