This kit includes assembly directions, 24 time saving brackets, 2 swing seats, multi-colored tarp, 2 pairs of safety handles, 2 pairs of swing hangers, 4" x 4" construction. Optional Giant Cool Wave Slide, Turbo Tube Slide, climbing rocks, set of swing hangers, Lil' Roadster, Skyhawk Swing, steering wheel, periscope, and Anchor It playground set are available at an additional cost. Lumber and swing set hardware are not included.

It was not too difficult to put together though it definitely requires 2 people and 1-2 full days depending on your skill level. I highly recommend this kit. Dave from Ringgold, GA	3.0 7/11/2011 Great playset, but more hardware needed. The 3 stars is a result of two extremes of my review:- 4 (maybe 5) stars for the playset. It's fantastic, sturdy, and leaves you to get the quality lumber you want at the local prices you want. The instructions were very, very well done, with only a couple of minor places of confusion. Not bad with all the pieces involved though.- 0-1 star for the additional money involved. Here's what I mean... $45 more b/c there are no screws provided except giant lag screws, and you're left on your own to buy 3 sizes of screws equalling about 7 lbs more. (I was short about 60 lag screws too[...]) The instructions are not super clear about the optional ladder/ rock wall. We bought and sawed up enough for both only to learn 1 would be in use. More wasted $$. There are a handful of rock wall grips, but you need to triple that if you use the rock wall, so more $$ for grips. Go figure. I bought this set and from this site b/c of the price, but when it was all said and done, I bought $45 extra stuff, and was left staring at $25 in unnecessary lumber.FYI Don't believe the time estimate, even if you are a pro. It took two of us about 20 hours, and that was after 2-3 hours of measuring/cutting the boards when we got home with a truckload. 2 people are necessary, unless you want it to become 50 hours.
