Very nice set. Not all that hard to put together The over all quality is very good. Some of the wood looks like it would rot pretty quickly, specially the trim pieces, so we spent some time and money water proofing all the wood. The instructions rate a solid 3, but could use some improvement. I was able to assemble 95% of this by myself and only needed help from my wife a couple of times. Assembly was also great quality time with my 12 and 8 year olds who were able to help in many ways. If I have a complaint it is that you can't seem to be able to buy the 4x4 and 4x2 connectors piece meal. There is an addition I would like to DIY. |

Great Playset! I purchased this playset for my 3 year old grandson. It is a great playset and is very well made. I was able to purchase it on sale for 717 plus 70 for the wood. I paid someone 150 to put it together and it took him about 15 hrs to set up. I am extremely pleased with the quality and its appearance. My grandson loves it. I would highly recommend this playset! |

Great playset - lots of fun This is a terrific playset - lots of fun and doesn't take up too much space in the yard. Took us about 3 weeks to install - an hour or two a day on most days (much more than the 3 to 6 hours it says on the front of the box). Installation instructions were pretty easy to follow, although the DVD provided was way too brief to be useful. The set seems very solid - better than many I have seen from other manufacturers. Not sure how well it will withstand rain & snow during the winter - we'll see. Activities seem perfect for my 6 year old. The pirates ladder and disc swing is too advanced for my 4 year old, but she is OK with climbing rock wall and using regular swings until she gets older. All in all a great set - looking forward to its getting lots of use! |

Make sure to beef it up Swing Beam needs to recommend a 4x6x10 rather that a 4x4x8 Swing spacing is very close and elbow bumping occurs (19 inch min hole spacing) Brackets are great and easy to work with Wood needs heavier pressure treat. |
