works as advertised

This is one of those items that the manufacturer must have actually used and improved. It has many practical features which make it a superior product. I have a pretty good assortment of bird feeders in my yard and this one is the only one that really is squirrel proof. It's a little hard to fill (it collapses until it has seed in it) but worth the effort. The birds love it and it holds enough seed for a week or so of action. The drainage and aerage are good so that the seeds don't get moldy or rot.

Hard to fill

Only complaint is that you can not hold it to fill it because you also have to lift the top, and if you put it down it collapses. It's like a two person job. Otherwise it's great.

great color

Birds love to feed from this colorful feeder. Holds lots of feed and will not get wet. Easy to fill with a slip lid that locks and will not rust.
