Swanstone Metropolitan Palladio Above-Counter Sink

Very nice product! This item fit the bill perfectly for us. We did not want a totally above the counter vessel sink as we already have one in the first floor bathroom. This one is a great size, less than 3" above the counter, with more of the sink under the counter. It is not a deep sink, but it is spacious, clean, and does indeed have a built-in overflow, something you don't always see on these. They come in many colors, but we found the solid color choices look better than those that are comprised of mixes of colors.

I like it and it looks great. I would recommend it to anyone... However buyer beware... the sink has no gloss finish... the online image gives a glossy impression. The very mat finish came as a surprise but it happens to work well with the shiny marble counter top. It also creates a contrast against the chrome faucet.

We love the look of this sink. We have two mounted side by side on natural white marble in a very contemporary bathroom design. Know that you are making a compromise in this design of a shallow sink. It is a bit more "splashy" than a typical bowl design. As well, with such a flat bottom it does not rinse things away well. After shaving, I have to swish water around by hand to get the sink clean. We knew going in it this was more about form than function. It gets the job done and looks fantastic doing so.
