Recently purchased a new home and replacing every sink (baths, kitchen and laundry) with Swanstone sinks. why? Got them for my present home 23 years ago and they look like new. The kitchen sink in particular got heavy use Did not use a heavy stain remover like Comet. No need to ever scrub. I keep a quart bottle of a mix I make - 1/2 cup clorax and fill with water. This takes care of stains and dirt. I use a light pad, like for the one for my smooth cooktop. This is the best product on the market. Since the material is not hard like porcelain, it doesn"t chip. I did drop a full 8 qt. pan once and left quite a scratch. Got a little sand paper - good a new. No cons.

This is exactly as advertised.Swanstone is particularly good for a bar sink,as staining (which can be scoured off) and scratching from heavy pots (ditto) are not a problem.

Havn't moved in yet, so have not had the opportunity to use it. But it looks great!!

I had this sink professionally installed by the granite counter installers. The cut-out template was missing but they were able to improvise successfully. The sink is very nice, however, and looks/performs as described. I added a black strainer to match.
