I was really apprehensive about slipcovers because they always seem to bunch, move, and get saggy. I had an old recliner given to me and needed to cover it so it would match the rest of the room. I am really happy with this purchase. It fits our recliner well. The recliner is a bit on the smaller size but this would fit many styles and sizes. I just tuck in the extra in the cracks and it fits perfectly. I was also apprehensive about the slipcover around the foot rest. However, that part is attached with elastic and stays put. When the footrest is put down, I do have to retuck, but that is part of having a slipcover. The pattern we got is really nice and super soft-- so much so that our beagle has claimed it as hers. Dog hair does cling to the fabric. I would still choose the exact same one if I had to do it over again though."..."  Read more

[...] The quality of the slipcover is very good. It looks great! My daughter was surprised to learn it was the old chair with the slipcover. It would be helpful to have had instructions, but we got the chair covered after 10-15 minutes. While my husband was trying to fit the cover, I searched the internet for some "how to" instructions. We needed something to cover a "cold" leather recliner that my husband hated. Was pretty skeptical that this would work, but I was happily surprised at the overall design, fit, etc. of this slipcover. My one suggestion would be if it could be a little thicker.
