Having never purchased furniture on-line I was really nervous, but the customer service rep assured me that if anything was wrong, or I did not like it, I could return it. Well, all those concerns were for naught. The buffet and hutch arrived in a timely fashion, in perfect condition, by two great delivery guys who set it up. When we moved in Dec. the buyer of my home purchased my furniture so we are basically starting over again. We want a very casual look using distressed black in several articles and need to work within our budget. This piece fits right into our decor and is a very good value. I would highly recommend the product, Wayfair, the staff and will purchase other items without concern as we furnish our new condo.

The customer Rep, Maci, was so helpful. We spoke several times correcting a billing issue and setting up delivery dates and she was professional and knowledgeable. The delivery men were awesome. They had to unpack the pieces outside, bring them into the underground parking garage, load onto the elevator, carry down a hall and into our condo. Not an easy process, but they did it professionally and with a smile. They set it up, put the glass in, attached the top to the buffet, took the debris away...super, nice and I highly recommend them.

I cannot believe I have been asked to review this product. I have not even received it yet. Delivery was scheduled after over a MONTH! Only to find out Wayfair shipped the hutch and what seems to be an elliptical trainer! No explanation or call from wayfair I hear this from home delivery. I call Wayfair to see what is going on. Do not receive an apology or explanation. The rep says he will be in touch and takes over 3 hours to email me. He says the hutch will be delivered on Friday. I take OFF from work and no delivery!!! He says that was a mistake

Service has been HORRIBLE. Why couldn't someone alert me of this mistake before a month had passed. This is ridiculous, unprofessional, and honestly an embarrassment to a company. I have had little communication from WAYFAIR and NO OFFER of a Resolution.

My wife and I have been looking to purchase a black china cabinet to compliment our kitchen and dining room area. I was disappointed in how few affordable china cabinets were available in this color combination. We were excited when we found this cabinet for an affordable price on Wayfair.com. The cabinet attractive. The mirrored back, the glass shelves and the three top lights make this cabinet great for displaying fine china, crystal and other items. Also, the bottom cabinet has a fair amount of storage room. My only concerns I have is whether or not the two drawers will hold up because they are made with cheaper hardware and are not put together using the tongue and groove method. Other than that it is a great cabinet.

Im always concerned when order something from an online store but I took a gamble and ordered this cabinet without knowing anything about Wayfair.com. I was very happy with my experience. The order came within 2 weeks and was damage free. I used the 3 cash back and purchased a new entertainment center from Wayfair.com. My experience with that order was the same. I would recommend Wayfair.com to anyone looking to purchase purchase furniture online. The free shipping and no tax was a nice bonus.

The hutch came very secure in the two boxes. There was a tiny corner of the wood that was chipped away, but I lucked out by using a black marker, being that the hutch was black. The only disappointing thing, was that there was an over-spray of varnish on all three mirrored panes inside the hutch. Did have to take the entire back off, take out each mirrored pane, and then clean with a varnish remover, vinegar and water to get somewhat back to normal-looking. Once put back together and dishes were in, it looked just fine. Took lots of time from beginning to end process.

Our delivery was faster than expected. All the wood was in perfect condition. We had one pane broken in shipping and took it to our local glass company and had it the same day. We didn't call customer service because we didn't want to wait for the glass replacement when one was available so close.
