I am very happy with the product but the logistics of ordering through the website were terrible. I ordered what I thought was a green suitcase and had it shipped, again so I thought, to my work as it was a surprise for my boyfriend and did not want him to see it at home. The suitcase was shipped to my home address and was the wrong color. So his surprise birthday present was ruined as he saw the package a week before. Wheels and handle are solid. Padded handle is comfortable. Wide body excellent to add those extra shoes or gym shoes to the side of packed clothes. Straps for securing load are heavy duty. Zippers and pockets are quality made and easily accessed. Outside water bottle pocket is a plus for on the go travel. I travel 200 plus days a year and have used many luggage brands. Luggage seems small at first, but packs a lot of clothing. The size was picked specifically for carry-on travel. Some airlines may not approve of the wider width, but it does meet the TSA=45in guideline."..."  Read more
