Not Very Sturdy

I purchased this easel for my classroom. My intention was to place Poster Boards and small flannel boards on it. However, the easel is not very sturdy and tends to fall over. It isnt working for me, but maybe it works for lighter items.

This is not very strong or sturdy. Does NOT hold up well to movement or wind. However, it does work, is light weight, and folds into a good size.

The canvases kept falling down because the easel was not sturdy enough..granted the canvas was 16x20" but any easel should not collapse with a canvas on it.

I needed a large number of small table top easels in order to teach painting workshops in my studio. These work pretty well, my only complaint being that they tend to move and slide a bit as you're working. Sometime the painter has to hold the canvas in place with one hand so the easel doesn't move. But at this price and the quantity I needed, they work great.
