I did an extensive amount of research before purchasing my Baby Jogger City Elite. I had actually narrowed it down the the BOB Revolution and the Bugaboo Bee before I headed to a store to test both and decide. I liked that the BOB and Bugaboo products both had good reviews, but I couldn't decide if i wanted something more for light walking and compact (Bee), or if I could sacrifice size for a jogging stroller (BOB). After testing and going over the features of the BOB and Bugaboo I decided a jogger was best for me. [...]something comparable (and a little cheaper) to the BOB - the Baby Jogger City Elite. I like that it folds up easily, comes with cup holders, has a reclining seat, a large sunshade, pushes and swivles easily, and has an adjustable handle bar. Also glides over bumps, making the ride much smoother for my 5 month old (he would cry in the car seat and stroller frame that I had taken him for walks in prior) My husband also thought that the City Elite felt more more sturdy than the BOB. The only downside of the City Elite is that it is pretty heavy and I'm not a small woman - 5'9" and in decent shape. Although the jogger is large, it can fit in my Lexus RX along with the stroller frame and I still have a bit more room for a few groceries. I have used the jogger pretty much every day since I received it (sometimes twice a day!). We live in a suburban neighborhood and that is where I do most of my walking and jogging with the stroller. We bought this stroller after doing some research on the walking/running strollers. The price was killing us but as new parents we want to stay in shape. We needed something that would allow us to get around town walking or jogging while also doing an occasional day hike on some of the easier trails in our area. We couldn't find a good used stroller or a new stroller that compared to the b.o.b.'s. After much frustration we settled on the Revolution at wayfair because we were tired of looking. We got the stroller home from memorial park last night and took it for a 6 mile spin around. Awesome! Loved being able to carry our water, baby's diaper bag, bottle,formula, blankets. We were able to stay out for over an hour without needing to sprint home since we had everything on the stroller. Our 3 month old loved it. The dog loved it. The stroller tracked straight and was a joy on rough streets, walking trails, sidewalks and off trail in the dirt. The brake works great when parked, the safety strap gives a good secure feeling while running down hills. The stroller just glides over everything. We are giving 4 stars as the thing is new and we don't know how it will hold up. We wish it included the weather shield. With our weather this will have to be another purchase for the stroller. We also purchased the water bottle carrier(you have to have this by the way as it works perfectly and should be standard equipment). If you don't walk, run or jog much I would not recommend buying a stroller this robust unless you just have money to burn. Other strollers will fit the bill just fine. If you are going to get after it outdoors, this stroller seems to be a great option. Also, I wish all of the material was reflective. This stroller is worth every penny!"..."  Read more

Looked at the BOB and Baby Jogger. Decided on the Baby Jogger because of all of the easy to use features. Love the quick fold feature that you can do with one hand. The seat is also easy to recline if baby falls asleep. My husband uses the Summit for running and loves it. I use it for walking instead of our snap and go stroller.
