Before buying this for our 13-months old baby we hesitated between this and the Maclaren, but decided on this due to the price, that it reclines so that our baby can sleep in comfortably and the weight. We had this stroller for a couple of weeks now and I am impressed with how lightweight it is. I travel with baby on NYC subway often and I have managed, with some effort, to take out baby, collapse it and put it on my shoulder to climb the steps. It is a little tricky to fold it out with one hand though, for you have to push the foot pedal hard and pull the handle bar to make sure it locks into place. If that part was easier I would easily give it 5 stars. My son sleeps comfortably in it, the pulldown sunshade protects his eyes and I like that the recline is seamless in the adjustment. Overall a very good stroller, really lightweight that will follow us on many travels. Please note that if you get the Uppababy travel bag you have insurance to any damage to the stroller if you gate check it!"..."  Read more

I upgraded from chicco to uppababy vista after a lot of research and I am very happy for the purchase. As a ftm I didn't know what our needs were going to be in strollers before my dd's arrival so I just got the most popular Brand from craigslist thinking that the majority can't be too wrong (paid $50 for the used chicco stroller). The chicco has so many things I dislike, it's bulky, heavy, basket is small, cup holder too shallow, wheels are flimsy and just not very stylish either. After hauling the chicco around town for errands and getting frustrated with very little trunk space for storage, I finally decided to make the investment on a high end stroller. This stroller has got it all, its the lightest weight in it's class, huge basket, folds up super compact, all terrain wheels and suspension (we had already been to the beach, gravel, and hiking with it), it's attractive and it will accommodate up to 3 kids. My daughter also loves that the seat is higher than other strollers and she can be on our level, its also high enough to b used as high chair when out. My daughter has been using the bassinet as her bed within the crib and she just loves it. I am sure she appreciates the organic soy/cotton bassinet mat cover too. I love love love this stroller, the only negative is really that it's a bit pricy, but for the versatility and quality you're getting, this is one splurge we will not regret."..."  Read more
