I was a little concerned about the comfort of this chair, given some of the previous comments but decided to take a chance on it, given the great price and I'm glad I did, I love this chair! I use this chair for my baby's bedtime feed and twice more through the night, every night and I find it very comfortable indeed. The seat, arms, back and ottoman are well padded, particularly the back which is nicely shaped to give support at the back of my neck (I'm 5' 5" tall). It feels sturdy, rocks smoothly and silently after 3 months of daily use and looks really pretty in my baby's nursery (be aware though that the pink gingham is actually a mix of pink and peach stripes, so it's quite a peachy pink in color). Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase, I think it's great value for money and would highly recommend this item.

Service Review

One of the very few online retailers I could find that would ship to Canada, where online shopping still seems to leave a lot to be desired. Delivery was reasonably quick, although the item was simply dumped in the snow at the end of my driveway, so i didn't even know it had arrived until my husband came home from work and found it. Customer services were both polite and helpful though, thank you.

I bought this glider for my wife for feeding our baby in. So far it is ok. She likes it. They only thing I didn't like about it was the cushions seem to be made of cheap fabric. It is a cheaper model glider so I guess I shouldn't be too picky about it. Otherwise everything else works.
