Stockpots, Saucepots & Steamers

I purchased the 10 Liter Fermentation pot from Wayfair ( great customer service by the way!!!) for a Christmas Gift for my husband. He was thrilled to receive it, and already has his first batch of sauerkraut working in it ! We already hear the bubbling of the cabbage working without the awful smell. ( when he made sauerkraut in a crock and just covered it. ) I also purchased a book on making sauerkraut and pickled veggies at home to go along with it. My husband was happy about the size and design of the pot, easy with the handles to move around, the center of the pot was plenty big enough for the cabbage and to use the sauerkraut stomper . Compare to the "Gartopf" German made product at $205.95 the Polish made pot at Wayfair is WAY less expensive even with the additional cost of the wieght stones. The stones need to be a bit larger, they do not cover enough of the vegetables. I have 3 different size pots and the stones are all the same size -"
