We order our chairs. They arrived in a timely matter. However, the box was rumpled and had a hole on it. My husband, a retired lawyer took pictures of the box and the damaged chair. He called customer service the next day (a Saturday morning) prepared to make "his case". He explained the situation and they very quickly said they would send a replacement......and they did! We love the bar stools. We do however agree with other reviews.......how do you remove the plastic covering the seat? We appreciate the customer service and the quality of the bar stools. Certainly the first of many orders!!!

For as much as these cost, I would expect them to be in pristine condition. We ordered 6 barstools and the pub table and nearly every piece came in damaged (in concealment) or with manufacturer defects. Cracked arms, worn and scratched finishes, broken or missing legs...a total disaster! They are made in Vietnam, so I should have known better. Buy USA! However, Wayfair customer service is awesome! They offered to replace every damaged item free of charge and send replacement parts. I would recommend buying from the website, just not this product. Huge dissappointment.

Took 3 weeks.

We received for barstools. Three are perfect. One was damaged (basically torn). The left handle from the base of the seat. Consequently, we are short 1 barstool. We would like it replaced.

These bar stools are absolutely fabulous. We love them and the quality is fantastic.

These are absolutely beautiful and the workmanship is awesome. I wish i had more room to add the matching high top table.

Really beautiful bar stools. Very comfortable, well built and a stunning addition to our kitchen bar. I would highly recommend these bar stools. The leather backing and seat is darker than the picture shows but still, overall, really great stools.

I used these beautiful high end quality table, chairs and bar stools in my breakfast nook and counter bar. AWSOME!!

These chairs look very nice and seem very durable. Getting the plastic off is a lot easier if you cut it off from the bottom first, then feed it through the seat of the chair. Very impressive design. Good sturdy feel. Hope it will be a lasting addition to my theater room.

We loved the new chairs when they arrived. Easy to assemble and came well-packaged. The only problem we had (and still have) is that there was a plastic protective covering over the cushion that we can't seem to completely remove. Fragments of the plastic coating are still sticking out around the seam where the cushion is fastened to the seat. We need to either take the seat layers apart or use an exacto knife and we are debating which is the safer of the two solutions. If anyone has any ideas, we would appreciate an email back. But they are beautiful chairs. Thanks!
