I enjoy using my stepper, it does what a stepper is supposed to do. It's the video that came with the stepper the reason I do not give this stepper a 5. THE VIDEO STINKS!!!! The gal who is the instructor thinks that you should be able to follow her steps without blinking. I exercise on a regular basis and have many types of videos, but she is ridiculous! I have a hard time trying to follow her and her many switch moves without repeat. UGH!! I did not care for her method of teaching at all. Anyways, stepper great.... video sucks!"..." Read more

The freestyle blocks are great for using the step in an incline or decline position for other types of workouts. I am very satisfied with this product. I was looking for a piece of exercise equipment that would not take up much space and could be tucked away when not in use. This was the answer. Having had a stepper years ago and loved it I wanted another one and was looking for one that was small. I am so happy I purchased this Mini Stepper. It is very well built and sturdy. It was extremely easy to put together in just a few minutes. I am shocked to see a few bad reviews on it. Some people just cant be happy with anything. If you are considering this product do not hesitate to buy it. You will be happy you did. The only thing that I was leery of was how to keep my balance on it with nothing to hold on to.
