So glad we picked this Playhouse!

This playhouse is perfect for us. It has an open design so that it doesn't get too hot inside and you can keep an eye on the kids. It has tons of features with the sink, phone, built in stools, door, doorbell and shutters. And is has a solid floor so that we can put this on the rocks that make up our front yard. This was less expensive than many other models and seems to be well designed and have more features than other more expensive playhouses. My 2 and 3 year old boys love it!
Great little playhouse

I bought this for my grandson and he loves it! You do need to assemble it, but all that is needed is screwdriver. I put it together myself, so no worries. You'll need batteries for the door bell. The one thing I don't like about this playhouse is that the floor has a stone look molded into it. Dirt gets into the grooves and you can't sweep it out! I use a cordless dustbuster to get most of it. To really clean it up you need a good spraying with a hose, and then have to turn the whole house on its side to drain. I guess it wouldn't get so dirty inside if my grandson didn't love to climb in and out of it all day!

Sturdy and beautiful design. I just built this playhouse completely in about an hour and half and it was relatively easy. The instructions say to use a screwdriver! If you have a drill, bust that thing out! Pre-drill the holes and then use the Philips head attachment. Sure, you could do it with a screwdriver if you had to but I can see that taking a lot longer and requiring a lot more effort.
Great little house!

My 2 1/2 year old daughter loves this house and enjoyed "helping" us put it together. It didn't take long to put together and seems sturdy. Love all the openness with the windows. My only complaint is that the little table/stove inside is not very supported - just held on with one screw. I wish it had a pole or something to support it from underneath because it bends way down when my daughter pushes on it. Otherwise, we love it.
Great little house for the price

I'm quite happy with this playhouse. I like the openness so it is nice and bright and not stuffy inside the house. The kids (1 and 3) are happy with the house too. This house lacks the window box, grill, and clock that are included with the Neat and Tidy II, just so you are aware. Pros: made in USA, sturdy once assembled with screws. Cons: could use more drain holes in the floor, but I can make those myself too.
Teaches the kids to tidy-up!
Holly from Concord, CA – Verified Buyer
All of a sudden the kids LIKE to clean up because it's their own place. When cleaning up is part of the fun activities, it starts the good habits when they are young, without all of the fuss. Now my kids think staying tidy is THEIR idea! I've recommended this to many friends and I think we're raising a "neat and tidy" generation.
Lots of fun!

This playhouse arrived quickly and was very easy to put together. I did it alone with an hour. I would recommend an electric screwdriver if you have it since the holes are not pre-drilled. It is a little small, but my child still loves it! Pros: Easy to assemble. Easy to clean. Sturdy. Cons: Could have done pre-drilled holes. Small.

We got this for our 2 year old for Christmas and she was so excited! She plays in it for hours at a time all by herself and loves it! It has a working door bell and a mail slot that she likes to push our junk mail through. It is the perfect size for her and something she will fit in for years to come. Great purchase and worth every penny!

No cons. Only pros! My 2 yr old grandchild loves it. Easy to assemble. Sturdy. (She climbs thru the windows!) Holds up to the elements! Severe storm came thru and the house stands as built! Don't let them sit on the table...not that sturdy. The floor is very nice. Toddlers love playing peek-a-boo and the windows do the trick! Pros: durable Cons: weak table that needs more support
cute playhouse for my toddler

The playhouse arrived so quickly after I ordered (that's never happened to me before). My husband put it together pretty easily but found that the 2 middle side posts had screws but no holes. He is determined to figure out how to secure them to the roof. my daughter loves playing inside the house. She's pretty active and prefers to climb through the window instead of using the door.
