This means the finish is not really smooth. Appears "bubbly" in some places. This does not bother me, as I feel as though it adds to the charm, but could be a problem to some. I have received so many compliments on it and all in all, I am very pleased with it. The delivery was very timely and the delivery man was super nice and helpful.
