Makes great crepes

I just bought my 2nd STAUB crepe pan, and will be giving my 1st, bought in Paris in 2000, to my daughter and husband. The pan evenly heats up and the two wooden tools make preparing and flipping the crepe simple. Just beware that the wooden handle can burn, if left too near an open flame. :(
