Pot is outstandingly beautiful. holds heat evenly and for hours! Is easy to clean! Works on my induction cooktop! I love the shape of it for roasting a chicken or making a chicken stew dish like chicken in wine. Outstanding product that you will cherish for a long time........

This Staub pot was an open box return in Perfect condition! The green color is great, and the interior surface works well for cooking meats & vegetables. I've had no trouble cleaning the pot, just a short warm soak is needed if something is stuck on the bottom.

Heavy, sturdy, unique, well made and crafted. This is a piece I can pass down to my children, and they can pass on to their children. I've fried chicken, made soup, and scrambled eggs in this to name a few. I love how well it distrubuted the heat, and have had no issues with food sticking. I'm tired of my expensive pans that the nonstick eventually wears off. With this the more you cook in it the more it seasons itself. I love that it can transfer from stove top to oven. Timeless piece that looks beautiful sitting on my stove top.

The beauty of this pot means that it will never be put away We use it all the time and it cooks stew and chickens to profection. It is a little difficult to clean the black enamel inside if you burn food, but the best solution is to let is soak with hot water and soap to loosen food up
