The crib arrived very quickly and upon unpacking and putting it together I noticed that the front of the crib was damaged. I called Wayfair to let them know and without a second thought they sent me the replacement part for the crib. I was told that I might have to send back the part that was damaged in the mail (not at my expense). But no one ever asked for it back. So, just in case I should ever need it, I have an extra foot board for my son's convertable bed ( though damaged). We also ordered the matching dresser that came later in the week. Guess what? It was damaged also. It looked as though someone had rammed the corner of it into a wall or something. Once again, they replaced the whole dresser without a problem and once again, they never asked for it back!! I would recommend WAYFAIR to anyone needing nursery furniture. Customer service rocks. The furniture looks very nice in my son's room. The only thing I would say about the furniture itself would be that it scratches very easily. So be carefull while putting it together.

Service Review

They deliver the furniture to you on large pallets. If you have no need for them, cause they will leave them with you, ask the driver if he can take them back with him. My driver was very nice and took them back with no problem.

I absolutely love this set. It looks beautiful...exactly what I wanted for my nursery. The details are amazing and look very high end. The construction is solid and I am sure will last for years. The crib was very easy to put together, and the dresser came fully assembled which was wonderful![...]

The delivery took longer than promised. I received my purchase 2 months after ordering which was one month longer than I was originally supposed to receive my items. Also, I had to arrange for someone to help unload the items off of the truck and into my home, which was inconvenient as I was told two men would be arriving to unload the truck and bring the items into my house. Even though I did not receive my items on time, they were worth the wait because this crib set is gorgeous!

I love this furniture! We are first time parents and couldn't ask for better quality! When the furniture arrived, both the armoire and the dresser came pre-assembled...all I had to do was put the knobs on the outside! The crib was the only thing I had to put together and I did that in less than 30 minutes...by myself, at 7 months pregnant!

This furniture is very sturdy, not just some cheap baby furniture that will only last you maybe a year! It took us no time to put it together. I love the rubbed black color in it, very rich! I would def. recommend this product to anyone!

Constumer service was great. Anytime I had to call they were always very helpful. The delivery was pretty quick, I believe we received it in less than 2 weeks. When we received it it was in good condition, although one of the boxes had some damage, the furniture was fine! Would buy from this company again!
