I searched a lot for an upholstered tufted headboard bed, and when I saw this on the Wayfair website, I knew it was the one. I was slightly concerned about making a large furniture purchase on-line, but I'd purchased from Wayfair previously and knew that I could trust the quality. The bed lives up to my expectations in every way. The wood is solid and a very nice dark color. The headboard fabric seems to be high quality and not cheap as I've seen on some. The bed looks exactly like the picture, the colors are perfect. It's very sturdy, incredibly heavy and well made. I would certainly recommend this bed to anyone. I have a tempurpedic mattress with a normal height foundation and the mattress falls a little short of the headboard but pillows cover the gap. It did take over a month for it to be delivered though. If you need it by a particular date make sure you give yourself plenty of time for delivery. I ordered mine on Feb 16, I had an estimated deliver by date of March 12, and it was finally delivered on March 20. It could be my location but just keep it in mind for delivery.
