Stanley European Farmhouse Brittany Dresser in Distressed Terrain - 018-13-06

There's nothing like a bit of intrigue to keep the monotony of everyday life at bay. Take the ancient rows of unexplained stone monoliths that ring the lower edges of the Loire valley. Gazing upon them reminds us how little we really know about our world. And how intoxicating a bit of mystery can be. Perhaps that's what led to the false-fronted twist of our Brittany Dresser, a six drawer chest masquerading as ten. Anchored by two slim drawers across the top, the lower sections are actually double-depth sweater storage drawers, two on either side, making four in all. Each drawer front is separated by a decorative cross band to simulate the division between the uppermost compartments. Construction is dovetail joinery over precision glides, infusing the vintage design with contemporary value. Offset block molding separates the clean-edged end caps, while a chisel set base molding completes the classically French look. Note: Marble top is sold separately.
