I purchased a nightstand and when it was delivered there was notable damage to the left corners of it. I called Wayfair customer care and they apologized for the damaged good and & immediatley ordered me a replacement at no extra cost. Because the warehouse never followed up I was able to keep (donate) the damaged nightstand once the replacement was delivered (damage free).
