The bike is sturdy and quiet. I find that the it provides a good workout and it is quiet enough to use while watching tv. I am 5'3" and the bike is comfortable to use on the shortest setting. It's quiet, is comfortable and doesn't take up much room. I have it in my living room and I peddle away and watch TV. It's also has wheels on it, so it's not hard to move it if needed. SR in TX from Midlothian, TX	3.0 2/12/2012 OK but not Great Product Review Product came slightly damaged, but did not interfere with overall operation. I kept it as is to avoid a major delay in using it. I had to modify the length adjustment to accomodate my height (6-03). Still works pretty well and is very quiet. I didnt realize it was a manual knob for resistance adjustments, but I am used to it now. Plenty of resistance for me. Controls are a bit difficult to use/understand at first and the manual was not much help. It is still a pretty good bike and I hope it lasts for a while. One part was cracked when it arrived but through email I notified the company and I received a new part very quickly.
