It doesn't compare to a bike, but is good for those with limited space and money. Well made - good price!

nd he loves that he can get exercise for his legs being that he has no stairs. He says the straps really help and make it comfortable for him to use.

For being an inexpensive product this thing truly is very nice. it is not for a true athletic workout but i use it almost everyday under my desk at work. instead of just sitting there i can use it to burn calories and have someting to do. its a very good light workout and keeps blood flowing through my body. i really enjoy this product

I like this cycler. It is good for my legs. I am new at using this type of exercise equipment. Even though I ride my bicycle in the summer time this is a little different, because with the bike you have to hold the handles and basically guide the bike. I do like how the peddles on this cycle is easy to use.
Received as Gift, one that I would buy

I have physical disabilities that involve extremely limited strength, both in lifting, walking or standing. I use the InStride daily to improve strength and endurance. It is simple to use. It is light enough that I can lift it by my self, has adjustable resistence (for me, starting with no resistence is required), as well as a timer which is very important for me. It's portabilty is another great feature. I can use it, move it or store it by myself without any assistance from some else.
Is what it says

I find that this inexpensive little exerciser is what I was expecting. You can use it in a straight chair or you can use it like those big seated machines. It isn't any good for really athletic people, but for little old ladies like me, it is very good.
