How many more adjectives can I come up with to describe how much I LOVE LOVE LOVE this treadmill! It's the world's most perfect treadmill. I can work up a sweat on this thing in less than 3 minutes. The same workout would take me nearly 30 minutes to work up a sweat on my daugther's electric treadmill. I love that it's easy to fold and store and it's portable. It's very light weight. I can even take it over to my family's house and set it up so we can all work out side by side. It's absolutely wonderful! Best treadmill EVER!
Not for everyone

I like this manual treadmill it fits me good. Its not expensive, fits my budget, it's a quality product, the perfect size for my bedroom [...] The down side with this product is. You must love to exercise to use it because it is manual. Everyone I showed it to didn't like it because being manual. It seems sticky and not smooth running. You have to adjust the belt and that takes some time to understand especially at setup. I don't think a person can run on this treadmill because you have to hang on with your hands or you will find yourself falling. If you run or jog I find myself bending forward and that is hard on my back. I will keep trying to walk and not hold on but it seem impossible. I can walk for about 5 minutes which adds to my workout routine. I wish it would come with more instruction on using the machine or a video. After having this machine for a good month I find the belt needs adjustment after every uses and its noisy to me. I like it and I would buy it again at this price or lower. For my situation at this time with space and it's portability its right for me. Good luck and buyer beware, its not for everyone. Except the energizer bunny.
Good for the Price

This little machine will really work your legs. The only con is the belt needs to be adjust almost every time I use it. But oh well, what do I expect for this price.

Good for me. I'm a good athlete. I told my mom she shouldn't use it. I don't want her to fall off. It does require balance and constant focus.

The treadmill was easy to set up. I did read about the noise when using it but it is easy to overcome that with a pair of headphones.. Will continue to use, workout done in 20 mintues!!

[...] It was surprisingly easy to assemble BY MY 55-year-old chick self. Breathe, be patient, methodical, lay everything out in an organized fashion, read the instructions, and 30 minutes later, you're up and running. This is a good-quality treadmill at a GREAT price. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's a bit noisy, and WD40 doesn't help. However, when I find time to finagle w/it, I can probably remedy the noise. Oh--because the 'mill is on an incline, I had to build up to staying on it longer than 5 minutes, even though I do Zumba and don't smoke. However, it didn't take but 3 or 4 times to do so. Who needs electric when you have footpower! :)

this manual treadmill has worked well so far. Has a wider walking surface than most manual treadmills and doesn't take up as much floor space than motorized treadmills. Beware that It does takes more effort than the motorized treadmills. Is able to take spurts of jogging without any problems.

I ordered the Stamina Treadmill for my oldest Son for Christmas. I am so excited to give it to him. We have assembled it (easy) and tried it out to be certain it was in excellent gift giving shape...like my son will be! Definitely recommend this product.
Much better than expected! :)

Running -yes you can! Need to be a little careful if you're over 200 lbs.Pretty solid little unit, works as well as a < $500 motorized treadmill, maybe even a little better.I couldn't run hands free on an average department store motorized unit either as it was too small and felt unstable. This little treadmill is surprisingly solid and works very well but use of hands is a must unless you're five feet tall and wiegh 110 lbs! Use a SOCKET WRENCH to tighten the big bolts. The flat multi-wrench tool that comes with the InMotion does not tighten well enough and you will wonder why your new treadmill feels like a Piece Of Chips ;) Overall,a surprisingly good and very compact treadmill.
