Multifunctional from Jacksonville, FL on 04/14/2015 – Verified Buyer
Simple to put together... Simple to take down and put back up, but I get a bit lazy and push it in a corner. Before purchasing, I spent some time going over different reviews, youtube videos for functions and asking trainers for advice, overall I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I continuously find different uses for it, so it feels brand new for me all over again. Just recently, I realized that I can incorporate my squats with my routine on the bench, which helps a bit with my stability. There numerous uses, I advise to go to youtube to view. Me, I am 5'5 140lbs and it has never felt unstable or uncomfortable. My bf who is 6'1 almost 200lbs also uses it, mainly for situps. His 6 year old also jumps on it as well for situps, push ups and squats. Pros: easy assembly, multifunctional, easy storage

Great for Abs from Lock Haven, PA on 09/04/2014 – Verified Buyer
I don't have any cons to this product, Its easy to fold up, sturdy, easy to clean, and very solid. I do 300 decline crunches weighted on this a day and I am so glad I made the purchase. Every time I go away on a long military trip I always bring it with me and it has come in handy. I highly recommend this, especially if your local gym (like mine) does not have a decline machine.

This is one of my favorite pieces at the gym! from Spring Lake, NC on 02/23/2014 – Verified Buyer
With my schedule I don't get to hit the gym anymore like I want to so I decided to start some at home. This piece is really nice, but a bit small. It is well made and sturdy but at 5'6" I wish I had spent more and gone with one bigger. That could just be me being spoiled from the ones at the gym though so I won't give this a bad rating. It is adjustable for height and could easily increase for a bigger person.
