Not as sturdy as I was expecting. I bought this for my boyfriend and the gym his is creating in the basement. He wanted a pull up and dip station. This also has a feature for sit ups, we haven't utilized it very much, and a feature for push ups. He enjoys the push up rack on the bottom. Unfortunately, since I am about 5 foot tall the width is just too much for me to use it comfortably. Similarly, the leg lift function would work better if there were forearm rests. It is difficult to keep your balance on the narrow bars.. We have found ways around the inefficiencies. I usually lock out my arms and bring my knees to my chest, alternate with pike leg lifts. The dip station function works well for us. It was a great purchase for the price. Good starter dip station for us and our small basement.
Highly Satisfied - Super Buy

I bought this product after deciding and discovering I can build and maintain my body without a lot of weights. After trying to exercise totally at home because of time constraints, i was missing something. That something was a way to do dips and mainly pull ups, at home. Now, my back and biceps will not go lacking. The pushup apparatus "showed" me just how much I needed it verses simply doing push ups on the floor - the power tower will contribute to better flexibility, strength, and pectoral development. I don't care about the cons because the tower enables me to do what i purchased it to do; therefore i have none to list. It is easy to assemble; it took about 20 minutes, even without being totally attentive to one task. The price was really good. I couldn't find another device with a better price with the dimensions of the power tower.
Great Budget Workout Station
James Mitchell from Salt Lake City, UT – Verified Buyer
I purchased this workout tower to inspire my coworkers to get a little more physical at work. This thing was a real winner. Not only did it install quickly and easily, it took up very little space, and even made our conference workout room look more attractive! The unit is sturdy enough to handle 250 lb men and their beer bellies with no problem. I do advise others to ignore the tools that come with the tower, and use your own man-sized tools to achieve a tight and sturdy construction. Better safe than sorry. Overall, my coworkers and I are very happy with the Tower and we look forward to many years of use.
Built to last

This is a solid machine and assembles easily. Two minor flaws is there's a wiggle in the push-up bars at the bottom by design, don't notice it when in use but they can pivot slightly with no weight on them. Also my natural arm span for pull-ups is right where the pieces join leaving no padding, so it's a little tight in the middle and little far on the sides.
Great Power Tower
ysabelburks from Seattle, WA – Verified Buyer
The tower is a great purchase for its price. Materials are solid and the structure is stable, easy to put together. An inconvenience I found is that the push up handles have a little juggle, not sure if this happened to other customers. This causes that when on the pull up bar the tower is a little wobbly if you move back and forth. However sideways it's very stable.
Great Pullup Bar For Home Gym
David from , – Verified Buyer
I'm 150lbs, 5'10" and pull-up felt very solid, the tower was not shaking at all since on that side the center of gravity is where it supposed to be :) But once you go on the opposite side to do dips (great design idea to have it on the other side so you don't hit your head on pull-up bar), the center of gravity is off and structure will feel shaky. The fix is easy - I put two 35lb dumbbells on the bottom cross bar for extra weight down and its super solid now.
Good, sturdy, well-built product that matches description.

It arrived in just two days as advertised and was easy enough to put together, and works for what it is designed, mainly pull ups and dips, and push ups, although I have stands for that. It does wobble just a bit if I perform reps quickly, but not enough to concern me.

Great Pullup Tower
Jennifer from Pocatello, ID – Verified Buyer
It's exactly as advertised. Use your own tools for assembly - much easier that way. This is being used by somebody close to the listed weight limit, and there have been no stability issues at all using it for pullups, dips, leg raises, bodyweight rows, etc. I probably wouldn't use it for muscle ups (if I could do a muscle up), at least not without some sandbags supporting the base.
