For the money and looks, these chairs are probably the best you can get new. And free shipping made it worth it! But while putting them together, the screws did seem kinda...cheap. And it says you have to re-tighten them once a month, so it doesn't speak much for the durability. But they do look nice, and are functional. You're not supposed to sit in them if you're over 225 lbs, however, which isn't a long-term solution for reception chairs with as big as Americans are.
