For the money and looks, these chairs are probably the best you can get new. And free shipping made it worth it! But while putting them together, the screws did seem kinda...cheap. And it says you have to re-tighten them once a month, so it doesn't speak much for the durability. But they do look nice, and are functional. You're not supposed to sit in them if you're over 225 lbs, however, which isn't a long-term solution for reception chairs with as big as Americans are. I use these chairs for my waiting room area in a doctor's office. The chair fits my criteria in looks, comfort, and price. The look is modern, the fabric cushion seat & mesh back is comfortable, and the price is affordable. The only problem I have was assembling the chair. It was simple to assemble it, but gettting the chair legs to be even on the floor was time consuming & frustrating."..."  Read more
